Welcome to the new website. It was time for a new one and I decided to put it up before everything is really complete.
I think that people didn't like the last artwork and after a while I didn't like it anymore either.
The songs keep pouring in. This time I decided to start with the artwork and to put up this new design before all the songs of the accompanying album are ready for release. The songs just need a lot of time and care. Practically all of my releases so far have been rushed - I just didn't take the time to step back and let the songs rest in a hidden place for a while. I'm sure I would have noticed the flaws and would have known where to improve something if I had listened to them again after having kept them away from my ears for a while. That's an important thing to do for every artist, because when it's fresh you're always in love with your creation in a certain way. When it's not that fresh and not that much in your blood anymore you can look at it from a more unbiased point of view. That's what I want to do from now on.
So, this upcoming album "To The Journeys" is a collection of song that have been out there before in earlier versions and bad mixes. I wanted to sum up the two EPs, because both of them had at least one very bad track on them and I want to rescue the good ideas and good songs that were ruined by those bad ones. Then I can delete the EPs from the net and people who liked the songs can find them in better quality on the new album.
I also decided to start this new journal here. I got tired of my blog for a couple of reasons - mostly because I've been drowning in spam comments recently and I don't want to spend my days deleting spam.
